The LCAR Market continues to show a healthy real estate market, with strong buyer activity across much of the region and more homes available in several counties than this time last year. Sales increased in many areas, especially in Nez Perce, Clearwater, and Latah counties, while home prices remained steady to higher in many single-family categories. Homes are generally taking a little longer to sell, which suggests a more balanced market and gives buyers a bit more time to make decisions. Overall, the market remains active and resilient, with local trends varying by county and property type.
